How many passcodes and fingerprints can the smonet Smart Lock store? - The smonet Smart Lock can store up to 300 different passcodes and 250 fingerprints.
How long does the battery last? How to unlock the Smart Deadbolt Lock when the battery dies? - The battery of the Smart Deadbolt Lock lasts roughly 12 months (One Year) depending on usage (10 times unlock through keypad or app). You will receive a notification when the battery is low. If the battery dies, you can power it up via the port on the bottom of the exterior lock.
What temperatures can the Smonet Smart Lock withstand? - The Smonet Smart Lock can handle temperatures within the range of -22℉ to 158℉ (-30℃ to 70℃). We do not recommend using the Smart Lock outside of these conditions.
What is the requirement for installation? - Please check the Compatibility infographic above for specific requirements. The dimensions required are: Crossbore center to the top of the handleset greater than 40 mm; Door thickness: 38 mm-48 mm. The Smonet Smart Lock is NOT compatible with Mortise Lock.
