Additionally, our locks do not support voice control or work with Alexa or Google.

For optimal fingerprint recognition, ensure that your fingers are clean and dry. Enroll your fingerprints by forcefully touching the center of the fingerprint screen and varying the angles. In case of Bluetooth unlocking failure, make sure your mobile phone is within range (16ft) and there are no obstructions. Remote control is only possible with a gateway.
