Fingerprint Recognition Issues
If you’re experiencing difficulties with the fingerprint recognition on your smart door lock, it could be due to various factors. For optimal performance, place your clean and dry finger directly at the center of the recognition area to ensure a wider scanning surface. Keep in mind that after five unsuccessful attempts, the lock will become inoperable for two minutes. Either wait for this duration to pass or utilize the app or backup keys to gain entry.

Challenges Locking the Door
Wondering why you can’t lock your door? Make sure the interior knob is not in Passage Mode, which allows for unlocking but prevents locking. To regain locking functionality, switch the knob back to Normal Mode, where you can also utilize the app for locking, or it will automatically secure itself in 5 seconds.

Connecting the Smart Lock to the App
To pair your fingerprint door lock with the app, first download it and ensure that both Bluetooth and Location permissions are activated on your device. Then, touch the fingerprint recognition area to wake up the lock. New users will need to download the app and create an account to participate.

Battery Concerns
If the battery of your smart lock runs out, it's crucial to have charged it for at least three hours before installation. In case of battery depletion, you can recharge the lock using an emergency power supply (which can be accessed via a USB or Type-C port) or opt to use the backup key to unlock your door.

Remote unlocking features are available only when connected to a separate gateway, which needs to be purchased individually.
