Keypad unlock allows you to store up to 20 passcodes, ensuring easy access for you and your family. After entering the passwords, don't forget to click the checkmark symbol on the keypad to unlock the door.

In case the batteries die, you can still open the door from the inside by turning the interior door knob directly. The smart door knob has a Type C port for emergency power supply or unlocking with the mechanical keys from the outside.

If you want the door to always be in the "unlock" state, you can turn off Auto Lock in the app or press the SET BUTTON on the interior door knob. To deactivate the passage mode, simply verify your fingerprint or code to restore auto lock.

In the event that the app cannot find your K02Apro smart lock, press the setting button on the interior knob until you hear a beep. Then, re-add the smart door lock to the app. Ensure that Bluetooth, mobile network, or 2.4Ghz WiFi is turned on.

If you encounter issues connecting with Bluetooth or to control the smart door knob remotely, follow these steps. If the Bluetooth connection is offline, use the fingerprint to revoke the door knob and reconnect it. To control the knob remotely when you are away from home, you will need to purchase a gateway separately.

If your fingerprints are hard to read, remember to place your fingers at multiple positions and angles during fingerprint enrollment. Wet, sticky, or dirty fingers may also pose challenges in unlocking the door.
